About Me
As owner and solo practitioner for JTH, I am here to help you unpack trauma, set boundaries, and increase self care and restoration. I believe you can achieve your personal goals with counseling, and enjoy a new outlook on life. I understand that attending counseling can be nerve wrecking. I offer in person and telehealth sessions so that clients can have the experience from the comfort of their own or with a change in environment.
